I designed prayer mills, machines that emit a prayer with every rotation. These mills consist of various elements: a prayer wheel, a rotation mechanism, and a sound diffusion system. The prayer wheel is made of wooden blades, each engraved with a different prayer. As the wheel spins, a percussion mechanism strikes the blades, producing a sound that resonates through a conical horn, amplifying the prayer.

These prayer mills are not mere decorative objects; they are tools for meditation and reflection. By spinning the wheel, users can focus on the sound of the prayers, creating an immersive and soothing experience. The mills can be used in various contexts, from public spaces to places of worship, offering a unique way to integrate prayer into daily life.

The idea to create prayer mills came to me while observing traditional windmills. I was struck by the beauty and serenity of these structures, and I wanted to create something that combined this aesthetic with a practical function. The prayer mills are the result of this inspiration, harmoniously blending art and functionality.
